Seasonal & Holiday Mini Photo Sessions with Loved Ones

The last few months of the year, and especially the holiday season is a time of joy and togetherness. A time to create lasting memories. But with all the hustle and bustle, capturing those special moments often gets pushed aside. That’s where a mini fall or Christmas photo session comes in! These shorter, focused sessions offer a fun and efficient way to preserve your family’s holiday spirit without the time commitment or expense of a full session.

Heritage Park (Taylor, Michigan) where outdoor Holiday Minis will be held on Sunday, November 17th, 2024. Booking details below!

The biggest benefits to seasonal mini photo sessions

#1

Affordable and Time-Efficient

Mini sessions are perfect if you're looking for a budget-friendly option to capture professional photos. Since they’re shorter in length, typically 20-30 minutes, they cost less than a traditional session. You get the benefit of high-quality, professional images without committing to a full-length session. This is ideal for couples and families with busy schedules or young children who still want beautiful holiday cards or updated family portraits.

#2

Perfect for sending out holiday cards & gifts!

Whether you're sending out holiday cards or looking for personalized gifts, mini sessions are a great way to have fresh, seasonal photos. The photos can be used for more than just cards—think custom photo ornaments, framed prints, or even uploading the photos to grandma and grandpa’s digital photo frame! They will love it! An efficient session is all it takes to create stunning, timeless images that are destined to make you, family, and friends smile when they see your seasonal new photos.

#3

A Fun, Themed Experience

Mini sessions often come with festive, themed setups that add a special touch to your holiday photos. Whether it’s cozy fall or winter backdrops, twinkling lights, or playful holiday props, the experience feels magical. Pre-made sets are provided to make the experience painless for you and your loved ones - simply arrive at your session and get to playing!

#4

The Passage of Time

Mini sessions show the passage of time in the most heartwarming ways. Imagine two partners who have been getting seasonal photos done each year, and this year they are engaged, next year they are wed, and a few years later, their kids are present in their seasonal photos! Mini sessions are a beautiful way to commemorate growth, change and to document the precious human experience.

This year, I am offering three types of seasonal mini sessions! Outdoor Fall Minis will be taking place at Elizabeth Park in Trenton, Michigan. Outdoor Holiday Minis will be held at Heritage Park in Taylor, Michigan. And finally, In-Home Holiday Minis will be captured within the comfort of your own home. If you or someone you know is interested in a mini session, please enter your email below to have booking details sent directly to your email. Spots are limited, so be sure to snag one!

BONUS TIP

Use your session to get your Christmas card photo and also as a memory making experience - decorate the tree with your loved ones or frost the cookies!

And for a bonus tip, if you are interested in a seasonal mini session, think outside of the box for ways to truly personalize your photos. You are welcome to bring any of your own props! If you have chosen an in-home holiday session, use the time to decorate the Christmas tree together, or bake a pumpkin pie with your loved ones! Partake in an activity that is sure to be a sweet experience to remember.

FINAL THOUGHTS

In just a short amount of time, a mini fall or holiday-themed session captures the warmth and joy of the season—giving you memories that last a lifetime.
